1. Information we collect

Ollabs works without an account. You can create a campaign and add a frame to a photo without signing up. Photos you add to a frame are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers. When you create a campaign, we store the campaign details you enter, such as its title, description, and frame design.

If you are creating a campaign, you may optionally give us an email address. This is never required, and supporters are never asked for one. We store it only so we can send you your dashboard link, let you recover your campaigns if you switch devices or clear your browser, and tell you when your campaign reaches a supporter milestone.

2. How we use information

We use the limited information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the service, and to show public campaign pages and supporter counts.

We only ever email campaign organizers who chose to give us an address, and only about their own campaigns. We do not send marketing email, we do not email supporters, and we do not sell or share email addresses. To have your address removed, email hello@ollabs.studio.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as described in this policy or with your consent.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as page views and general device information. This helps us improve the product.

5. Advertising

Ollabs is free to use and free to share, and we run ads on some pages to cover what it costs to keep it that way. Supporters are never charged, and the photo you download never carries a watermark or any Ollabs branding.

Ads are served by Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve them. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.

We never place ads on the photo itself, and we do not sell advertising against any individual campaign or its cause.

6. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
